It Started With Marketing
Alpha Colores was founded in Richmond, VA, in 2016 as a creative marketing business to support an international full time contract while sub contracting domestically while at home.
What began as a marketing consultant contract with brand strategy and business development on a international level expanded into into social media, digital creative, videography and volunteerism right here at home. This company has evolved in ways we couldn't have anticipated...
Those marketing roots still matter. We've learned to listen, create, and help visualize communication.
Today, that same foundation supports two very distinct divisions serving very different clients.

ACCM Residential Services is a woman-owned home inspection and residential support company in Richmond, Virginia, and a division of Alpha Colores LLC (est. 2016). Founder Alison Mullins is a licensed Virginia Home Inspector with 15+ years in construction materials and stone sales, working alongside high-end builders and remodelers.
We help first-time homebuyers, homeowners, and trade partners understand the homes they’re buying, selling, or building, with clear details for confident decisions.
ACCM is SWaM-certified as a micro and woman-owned business. Our goal is to grow into a training ground for the trades, welcoming students, veterans, women, and minorities. In Alison’s words, “this business is designed for us.”
